This plan includes a full lifestyle analysis, personalised training plan, ongoing program edits, and a bundle of high-protein breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and dinners. You’ll have weekday support (Mon–Fri, 7am–7pm) through in-app messaging.
It does not include video calls, biometric tracking, personalised nutrition monitoring, or 24/7 WhatsApp support.
Plus Plan – £299/month
Ideal for those seeking structure, accountability, and tailored nutrition.
This plan includes everything in the Basic Plan, plus bi-weekly (30-minute) video check-ins, a personalised nutrition plan with ongoing monitoring, and continued program adjustments. You’ll also have weekday in-app messaging support (Mon–Fri, 7am–7pm).
It does not include biometric data tracking or 24/7 WhatsApp communication.
Elite Plan – £499/month
Designed for individuals seeking full concierge-level support and data-driven performance management.
This plan includes everything in the Plus Plan, with weekly (30-minute) video check-ins, advanced biometric tracking (sleep, HRV, stress, and load), and integration with leading platforms such as Garmin, Oura, Apple Health, Android Health, and Cronometer. You’ll receive continuous program adjustments, weekday in-app messaging (Mon–Fri, 7am–7pm), and a fully personalised nutrition plan with constant monitoring.
You’ll also have 24/7 WhatsApp and voice note support for direct access and real-time guidance whenever needed.

No. All programs are built around the equipment you have access to — from a fully equipped gym to a simple home setup. Joel ensures every session remains effective, efficient, and progressive, regardless of location.

Yes. Each program is designed around the client’s starting point. Beginners receive gradual progressions to build strength, confidence, and movement quality safely and effectively. Every phase is adapted as competence and performance improve.

Using a top of the range system called Trainerize, each workout includes exercise demonstration videos and cues. Clients are also encouraged to send Joel short clips for personal technique feedback and coaching.

Not unless you want to. Joel helps clients build structure and awareness around food choices without unnecessary restriction. Some track calories for accuracy; others use intuitive, habit-based methods — both deliver long-term results when applied consistently.

All progress data is logged and monitored through the integrated app. This includes workouts, nutrition, body composition, and lifestyle markers. For Elite packages, additional data from HRV, sleep, stress and recovery metrics are collected through apps such as Garmin Connect, Apple/ Android health, Aura and Chronometer and used to adjust programming in real time.

Yes. For clients on tighter schedules, check-ins can be completed via the integrated in-app messaging system. Joel adapts communication to suit each client’s routine.

No issue at all. Joel’s coaching travels with you. Programs and nutrition are adapted to your environment and available equipment, ensuring consistency wherever you are. Coaching can also be paused temporarily if required.

Yes, there is a 12-week minimum commitment. This allows time for the program to take effect and for meaningful progress to be achieved. Many clients continue beyond this point to maintain structure and results.
